Terms and Conditions
  1. This promotional offer is provided by us, Hong Kong Mobile Communications Limited (“CSL”), and is valid from 7 January 2026 to 31 March 2026, inclusive of both start and end dates (“Promotion Period”).
  2. To become an eligible customer (“Eligible Customer”) for the Offer, you must:
    1. Make a one-time full payment for the Offer package; and
    2. Sign a 24-month commitment period.
  3. All prepaid amounts are non-refundable under any circumstances. If the Customer wishes to terminate the service or renew to another service Plan upon expiry of the commitment period, the customer must notify CSL of such intention at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of the commitment period via the service hotline or by visiting a CSL shop. In the event that the customer has not arranged for renewal upon expiry of the commitment period, the customer shall continue to use the 5G Service at the applicable monthly fee as set out below:

  4. The one-time HK$3,000 Handset & Handset Accessory e-Cash Voucher is only valid during the designated promotional period. Unless otherwise specified, this e-Cash Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or offers, and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash or other products. Within one month after the service plan contract becomes effective, customers can view the Handset & Handset Accessory e-Cash Voucher in the “Coupons” section of “My Wallet” in the CSL app. The e-Cash Voucher is subject to relevant terms and conditions, which may be updated from time to time. Please refer to the instructions on the e-Cash Voucher for details.
