Promotional MOOV 24 bit Music Service (Standalone) Terms & Conditions
1. The promotional period of HK$58/month of MOOV 24 bit Music Service (“Promotion”) is from June 5, 2020 to December 31, 2020.
2. This promotion is for existing csl customers who can subscribe MOOV 24 bit Music Service at $58 per month (subject to a 24-month commitment period) when he apply via designated online shop, retail shops or csl call center. The commitment period (if any) will be set out in your application and at least 30 days' prior notice is required if you choose to terminate the service. If you do so before the expiry of the commitment period, then you will need to pay the early termination charges, which is the sum of the monthly fee for remaining commitment period, described in the Application, and we may charge you for the full value of the premiums you received. We may amend or terminate the contract at anytime, but if it causes you material disadvantage or if it results in an increase in your monthly charges you have a right to terminate the Mobile Service without incurring any early termination charges.
3. The above promotion is only eligible to new MOOV 24 bit Music Service subscribers, existing service subscribers are excluded.
4. MOOV 24 bit Music Service is limited to personal use only via customer’s handset. Any public or commercial broadcasting is not allowed. CSL Mobile Limited (“csl”) reserves the right to take legal action.
5. The quality of music or video streaming varies according to 3G/4G/5G network coverage or handset model used.

Terms and Conditions for csl. 5G VR Service Plan:
1. By subscribing our designated monthly plans, eligible customers may enjoy a free trial of the Service for a designated period (the “Trial Period”). Please check with our sales representative for eligibility and the length of the Trial Period. Upon expiry of the Trial Period, the Service will be automatically renewed on monthly basis at the monthly of HK$78 until it is cancelled by you by giving at least 7 day notice.
2. Alternatively you may enjoy the Service at the special offer HK$68 by signing up our 24-month Plan (“the “24-Month Plan”). A 24-month Commitment Period applies. You must pay us Early Termination Fee if you terminate the 24-Month Plan before expiry of the Commitment Period, which shall be the monthly service fee for the remaining months of the Commitment Period. After the Commitment Period, the Service will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis at HK$78 per month until it is cancelled in accordance with Clause 2.
3. To enjoy the Service, please download the csl. 5G Multi Angle VR Android mobile application (the “Application”) onto your mobile phone. The csl. 5G Multi Angle VR Android mobile application can only be used on certain models of mobile phones (Android version 8 or above). 4. Mobile data used to access the Service in Hong Kong will be deducted from customer’s CSL mobile service and data plan. The Service can only be used in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for customer’s private domestic viewing only and must not be shown or exhibited for any public or commercial purposes.
5. Video quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location and network coverage and performance. At all times only one video or channel may be streamed on the Service Website.
6. The Content made available or appearing on the Service (the “Content”) is not supplied by CSL. CSL makes no representation or guarantee as to its quality and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to same. Any dispute or complaint in connection with the Content will be referred to PCCW Media Limited (“PCCW”).
7. The Content is provided by PCCW and/or its licensors. The use of the Content is subject to the “Terms and Conditions of Now E Subscribers of the Service can enjoy AfterHours VAS during the subscription period of the Service. Terms and Conditions for Now E AfterHours Entertainment:
1. The Plan is available for subscription by CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) customers who have subscribed to the designated mobile service and data plans. To enjoy the Plan, please download the Now E Android mobile application (the “Application”) onto your mobile phone or tablet or visit the Now E website at http://www.nowe.com (the “Website”) to register for a Now E account. The Application and Website can only be used on certain models of mobile phones, tablet devices and personal computers; namely smart phones (Android version 8 or above), tablets (Android version 8 or above), or personal computers (web browser: Chrome and Safari). Please refer to http://www.nowe.com for the latest requirements for supported devices.
2. The content made available or appearing on the Service Website (the “Content”) is restricted to viewers aged 18 or above, and contains adult elements, strong sexuality and disturbing materials, and is subject to regulation by the general laws of Hong Kong, including the Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles Ordinance (Cap. 390). In this regard, PCCW Media Limited (“PCCW”) will provide you with a Mature Content Lock PIN (“PIN”) to, amongst other things, access such Content. PCCW will not be responsible for any uses of the PIN provided to you to access and view the Content and/or the Service Website. You are responsible for checking the identity and/or age of any person who wishes or intends to view any such Content before you permit that person to view such Content and for generally ensuring that minors do not access such Content using your login details, PIN and/or password.

6. Now E and AfterHours can be used in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for customer’s private domestic viewing only and must not be shown or exhibited for any public or commercial purposes.

CSL Mobile Limited (“csl”) is not the supplier of Now E or AfterHours, and makes no representation or guarantee as to its quality and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to same. Terms and conditions for Now E Premier League and LaLiga 2020/21 4K Season Pass Service:
1. You must login or create a Now E account and bind with your csl mobile number to watch Premier League and LaLiga 2020/21 Season matches before Premier League and LaLiga 2020/21 Season starts.
2. “Now E Premier League and LaLiga 2020/21 4K Season Pass” includes Premier League and LaLiga 2020/21 Season live matches and selected catch up. At least 76 matches will be delivered in 4K.
3. “Now E Premier League and LaLiga 2020/21 4K Season Pass” will be expired at 23:59:59 on 30 June 2021.

5. Only selected customers of CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) may enjoy this offer.

7. Once any match of “Now E Premier League and LaLiga 2020/21 4K Season Pass” is suspended or suspended midway, there will be no live streaming of the relevant event and no compensation will be made by CSL Mobile Limtied (「csl」). Please refer to the final announcement.
8. For actual dates and time of “Premier League and LaLiga 2020/21 Season” matches may subject to different factors including but not limited to COVID-19, for which to be changed, cancelled or unable to perform as schedule, csl reserves the rights to arrange another value-added service deems appropriate to supersede “Now E Premier League and LaLiga 2020-21 4K Season Pass” without prior notice. The arrangement of Premier League and LaLiga 2020/21 Season matches dates and time should refer to the official final announcements. csl and PCCW reserve the right of final determination.

1. Alternatively you may enjoy the csl. 5G VR (included 15GB 5G local data) Service Plan at the special offer HK$39 by signing up our 24 months or above contract. You must pay us Early Termination Fee if you terminate the Service Plan before expiry of the Commitment Period, which shall be the monthly service fee for the remaining months of the Commitment Period. After the Commitment Period, the Service will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis at HK$39 per month until it is cancelled.
2. By subscribing our designated monthly plans, eligible customers can waive the monthly fee at HK$39 during contract period. And this offer must be applied at the same time for the designated monthly plans; otherwise this Service Plan fee discount cannot be waived.
3. To enjoy the Service, please download the csl. 5G Multi Angle VR Android mobile application (the “Application”) onto your mobile phone. KARA Smart Fitness Terms and policy:
• The KARA Smart Fitness (the “Service”) is available for subscription by csl/1O1O customers who have subscribed to mobile service and data plans. To use the service, customers must subscribe to the KARA Smart Fitness Service and download and successfully install the “KARA Smart Fitness” App from Google Play or Apple App Store.
• Customer can apply for a KARA Smart Fitness Service at $78 per month (subject to a 24-month commitment period) .Your Commitment Period (if any) will be described in your Application. You can terminate the service by giving us at least 30 days' prior notice. If you do so before the expiry of the Commitment Period, then you will need to pay the early termination charges, which is sum of the monthly fee for remaining commitment period, described in the Application, and we may charge you for the full value of the premiums you received. We may amend or terminate the contract at anytime, but if it causes you material disadvantage or if it results in an increase in your monthly charges you have a right to terminate the Mobile Service without incurring any early termination charges.
• Mobile data used to access the KARA Smart Fitness Service, will be deducted from and/or charge at the customer’s csl/1O1O mobile service and data plan.
• Video quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location and network coverage and performance.
• The customer shall not modify, adapt, sub-license, reproduce, distribute, copy, exploit, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the “KARA Smart Fitness” App, KARA Smart Fitness Service, its Content and/or any downloadable software.
• The KARA Smart Fitness Service is only for the customer’s private domestic viewing and access. The customer shall not, or permit any other person to, show, play, use or access the KARA Smart Fitness Service and/or its content for any public or commercial purposes.
• CSL Mobile Limited is not the supplier of the above-mentioned Service and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the Service, and accepts no liability for any matters arising from or in relation to the Service. The KARA Smart Fitness Service is provided by OliveX (HK) Limited and the use of such service is subject to the KARA Smart Fitness Terms and Conditions
